❖ General ❖

◈ Commissions are not first come first serve.
◈ Visual references must be provided by the client.
◈ I retain full rights and copyrights to the artwork, including the right to publish for self-promotion and to print for profit.
◈ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission should I feel threatened, uncomfortable, or unable to fulfill the request for any reason.
◈ Commissions may not be altered, claimed as your intellectual property, or redistributed/reproduced.
◈ Artwork may not be used in any manner related to artificial intelligence, including but not limited to training AI and generating works of the same style.
◈ DO NOT COPY, TRACE, REDISTRIBUTE, OR USE MY ART WITHOUT PERMISSION. MY WORK IS NEVER TO BE USED IN RELATION TO AI, OR MINTED AS NFTS OR CRYPTOCURRENCIES OF ANY KIND.

◈ All commissions are for your personal use only.
◈ Artwork may be posted to your socials, so long as proper credit and tagging is included in the post.
◈ NFT or AI related purposes are strictly prohibited.

❖ Payment & Refunds ❖

◈ Commissions will be charged as a service, not a physical product.
◈ Payment is required upfront in full via PayPal invoice in USD.
◈ The customer is responsible for the PayPal fee.
◈ I will not allow refunds on commissions when the drawing process has already started.
◈ I will only allow refunds if I feel I cannot finish your commission and cancel it on my end.
◈ Additional fees may be invoiced for extra services beyond the base commission such as, but not limited to:

╰┈➤Difficult poses
╰┈➤Extra change requests

❖ Process ❖

◈ Fill in the commission form only once you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service.
◈ If your commission request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
◈ After discussing details, an invoice will be sent.
◈ Once payment is received, artwork will begin.
◈ A rough sketch will be sent for approval; this is the only stage in which major changes may be requested.
◈ Changes will not be made to the final artwork.
◈ Artwork will be sent via Google Drive as a 300 DPI image with no watermarks.
